All our products are handmade and shipped from Singapore.
Do orders include tracking?
Yes, all orders include tracking.
How does a custom order work?
If you're keen on a design that is not yet available on our store, feel free to drop us a message via the 'Custom Request' tab; we source worldwide for available plushes to create your dream chalk bag.
Help! I need to change my shipping details.
Please contact us asap if you require an update to your order; we will be able to make the necessary edits if the parcel has not been dispatched.

Returned Mail
All returned mail will be subjected to additional mailing charges (Shipping amount at the point of purchase) in order to have parcel redelivered.
Care Instructions
Your bag needs a refresh?
1. Empty out as much chalk bag possible
2. Place your bag in a laundry mesh, run it through the washing machine on a gentle, cold water cycle.
3. Air / sun dry. (Do not place in the dryer, shrinkage might occur)
