Duties & Taxes Included on Standard Delivery
Every Standard Delivery order ships fully covered, with duties and import taxes included in your shipping cost. No customs bill waiting at your door, no surprise charges, no chasing down a parcel stuck at the border. What you pay at checkout is what you pay, full stop.
Expedited (DHL Express) orders ship duties and taxes unpaid.
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are billed to you by DHL, usually at or before delivery, and are not included in your checkout total. Charges vary by country, so your local customs authority can give you an estimate.
Not sure which to choose? Standard Delivery is the no-surprises option. Pick Express when speed matters most and you’re happy to settle any import charges on arrival.
