Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping label for their returns.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


Returns & Refunds for Refused Shipments

Please note that import duties, taxes, and other customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are outside of our control.

If a shipment is refused by the recipient due to rejection of import fees or delivery issues:

  • The shipment may be returned to us or abandoned by customs. If abandoned by customs, no refunds will be made.

  • In the event of a return, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees (including customs charges) will be deducted from the refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
